I am Ryan Rillorta a certified Real Estate Broker with license # 5578. I am one of the successful examinees in the first batch of real estate practitioners licensed under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). I first had an interest in real estate investing when I read the books of Robert Kiyosaki, Trace Trajano and Larry Gamboa in 2008. I learned about the potential returns that a real estate investment can yield if done properly and that it plays a big role to a man’s dream of financial freedom. Look at Henry Sy, the Ayalas, Consunjis (DMCI). Even Ray Kroc claims that McDonald’s is not into burger chain business but real estate instead. I decided to get a real estate license back then to gain more knowledge but it was too late because RA 9646 RESA Law was enacted putting the licensing exam on hold for more than two years.
While waiting for PRC to hold the first licensing exam under their authority, I attended the lecture series on real estate by Urban Institute in August of 2009 and I enrolled in the Real Estate Buy and Sell mentoring course in January of 2010. I also started a career in project selling for DMCI Homes under URBANet (United Realty Brokers and Appraisers Network) which led me to create my first blog site Investindmci.com
My goal as a professional real estate broker is to help people get involved and make the most out of their real estate investment because I believe in what real estate guru, Tom Hopkins said that the real estate brokerage is a business of getting rich while making other people get rich because when people own real estate, its value keeps going up faster than inflation. So, they’re hedging inflation, building equity, sheltering income and building estates.
